I've been writing these strategies, some days, over the past 10 years.
Sometimes I share them here.

They've been read 100's of thousands of times and sometimes people follow just some of the advice... and it changes their life.

The strategies incorporate my "1,3,5" plan for optimal health.

I mostly write them as reminders to me...and sometimes I follow the advice, and I'm always glad that I did. But, sometimes I don't follow the advice, and that's worth noticing too, and then I'm glad when I notice what I failed to do so at least maybe tomorrow will be happier, healthier, and more aware of Love.
